The first trailer for the Godzilla vs Kong movie is here, and it lives up to the promise of the title. If you want to see how two CG monsters fight like in a video game, this teaser has it all. The crossover movie will open on HBO Max and in theaters on March 26 in the US, with a less clear UK release - Warner Bros. UK simply says it's "coming soon" in a tweet. Here's the trailer: HBO Max subscribers will have 31 days to check it out once it's released and then it will leave the streamer, presumably returning to the service at a later date. This movie is a sequel to 2014's Godzilla and 2019's Godzilla: King of the Monsters, as well as the very decent Kong: Skull Island released in 2017. Returning actors from King of the Monsters include Millie Bobby Brown and Kyle Chandler, Like In the trailer, Rebecca Hall and Alexander Skarsgård are also part of the cast. An official synopsis for the film has also been revealed, which you can read below. "Legends collide in Godzilla vs. Kong as these mythical adversaries meet in a spectacular battle for the ages, with the fate of the world at stake. Kong and his protectors embark on a perilous journey to find his true home, and with them there is Jia, a young orphan with whom he has forged a unique and powerful bond. But they unexpectedly find themselves in the path of an enraged Godzilla, unleashing a wave of destruction across the world. The epic showdown between the two titans - unleashed by forces unknown - is only the beginning of the mystery that lies in the depths of the heart of the Earth. Hopefully, this isn't one of those "whoever wins, we lose" situations.
