S20 Plus this year. . The BTS edition of the phone comes in a unique purple hue that you can see above, and compared to other special edition phones, this one takes a relatively light touch with its K-pop themes. It's the kind of special edition that looks strange on paper, but turns heads with that unique purple hue.

(Image credit: TechRadar) And so, we're back to the OnePlus links. This time, we are talking about OnePlus 6 Special Edition, which focused on the biggest movie franchise in the world – Marvel Cinematic Universe. It was released to be associated with Avengers: Infinity War, and it featured a Kevlar-textured back that looked premium. What was odd was the lack of recognizable characters on the device itself, opting instead for the Avengers logo at the bottom of the phone's back. If you wanted it to have a more distinctive Marvel look, the phone came with an Iron Man-inspired helmet case, and there was also an Avengers logo wallpaper. It's hard to find now, but you may still be able to find one.

(Image credit: Oppo) Without a doubt, FC Barcelona is one of the biggest football clubs on the planet, but does it have enough of a following to justify its own special edition smartphone? Oppo bought it with the Oppo Reno 10X Zoom FC Barcelona Edition. This is not the type of phone you are going to buy if you are not a fan of FC Barcelona either. The iconic colors of the club are on the back of the phone and while this may be a nice look for fans of the club, it certainly limits those who would want to buy it. It might be an odd choice for a Link, but it's a noticeably different color design and uses a look not seen on many other modern smartphones, with bright colours. If you are a fan of Barcelona and Oppo, you are in luck here.

It's certainly one of the most iconic silhouettes from the modern trilogy, but it still feels like an odd choice of character to show off on the back of his phone. However, the red S Pen is a nice touch.
