Bitcoin (BTC) fell to €37,000 over the weekend as Russian President Putin placed his country's nuclear forces on high alert and the West beefed up what it hopes are nuclear weapons. However, the crypto began to recover this morning, including a jump from €38,000 to €39,500 minutes before US stocks opened for trading.
