Apple has confirmed that support for PlayStation 4 and Xbox One controllers will be coming to Apple TV as part of the new tvOS update. This news was revealed during WWDC 2019 and means that PS4 and Xbox One controllers will be compatible with Apple TV and, as a result, Apple Arcade, Apple's new gaming subscription service for Mac and mobile phones, which offers subscribers the best of the App Store. Tim Cook introduced the support driver saying, "Apple Arcade will look amazing on Apple TV 4K this fall, too."
