Salesforce has introduced a major simplification of some of its most useful CRM tools with the launch of a new "unlimited" offering.

Unveiled at its Salesforce World Tour event in London (opens in a new tab), the company says its enhanced Sales Cloud Platform offering will give sales teams everything they need to convert leads into customers.

A total of eight tools and services are included in the new unified platform, which will work with other Salesforce offerings like Slack and Tableau to give users a true one-stop shop.

New additions include Conversation Insights, which uses natural language processing to analyze audio and video recordings, providing not only transcripts but also information on keywords such as mentions of the competition.

There's also Sales Engagement, which gives users clearer reporting and allows managers to define custom workflows and to-do lists, and Salesforce Inbox, which the company says together provide a "unified sales experience" that should eliminate the confusion and improve customer touchpoints.

Other new AI services, all powered by Sales Cloud Einstein, included in the new offering are Automated Contacts, Lead Scoring, Forecasting, Opportunity Scoring, Recommended Connections, Email Insights, Pipeline Inspection, and Lead Conversation Insights. Einstein.

The news comes shortly after Microsoft announced its own Sales Cloud competitor.
