Salesforce has introduced a major simplification of some of its most useful CRM tools with the launch of a new "unlimited" offering.

Unveiled at its Salesforce World Tour event in London (opens in a new tab), the company says its enhanced Sales Cloud Platform offering will give sales teams everything they need to convert leads into customers.

A total of eight tools and services are included in the new unified platform, which will work with other Salesforce offerings like Slack and Tableau to give users a true one-stop shop.

New additions include Conversation Insights, which uses natural language processing to analyze audio and video recordings, providing not only transcripts but also information on keywords such as mentions of the competition.
