LinkedIn really started looking for events before the pandemic started with the launch of its event hub in XNUMX. However, as more people started working from home, the company added online surveys and video events to let remote workers access the events.

Now, with its new virtual events platform, LinkedIn will start with an audio-only product akin to Clubhouse that will launch in beta this month, followed by a video version that will be available in the spring.

When LinkedIn's new events platform launches in beta later this month, organizers won't have to rely on other third-party software, as they will include any and all tools needed to run end-to-end interactive content. .

Hosts will be able to record and host their events directly from LinkedIn, while the new platform will include tools for online hosts and attendees to have live conversations and moderated discussions.
