Launch Christie Pandora Box One

The new Christie Pandoras Box One V8 software license, for real-time video processing and show control, has been released with new professional features, simplified workflow and optimized licensing. Now, a single license contains the full feature set of the Pandoras Box family of software, to deliver the media processing performance required for fixed installations, live events, theaters and other entertainment environments, in a cost-effective platform.

The simplest software supports NDI network streams, offers deep Notch implementation, and native Dante audio accessibility without configuration. It can be combined with an existing custom configuration or with any Christie hardware, such as the Pandoras Box Server R5, a new hardware solution with powerful components available in different specifications.

A Pandoras Box software product license will now unlock all features of the range, previously including server, player, compact player, software player, administrator and educational licences. Features previously only available with hardware and software (server) combinations are now available to all software users running any custom hardware system. And the new Pandoras Box V8 offers content ingest functionality, which enables quick batch management of multiple folders of image sequences and is ideal for content-heavy programs. The Pandoras Box first retains all the advantages offered by the previous versions, and includes the reading and the 3D stereoscopic video treatment with the frequency of elevated images, the multi-utility control, the 64-bit treatment, the 10-bit color depth reading and even more.

With the introduction of Pandoras Box Server R5*, customers can optimize a single server with a wide range of performance and disk space options, as well as for smaller budgets. Various performance kits and graphics cards allow you to customize the server with optional audio and video cards, including Dante, FLEX, and Christie Terra SDVoE for better integration.

The Pandoras Box V8 software beta license is now available (opens in a new tab) and the Pandoras Box R5* server is available in most regions.

* The R5 server will be available in Russia, Korea and China by the end of the year.
