The new lock screen lets you touch any area to change fonts, font colors, use portrait mode for your photos, and more to distinguish your lock screen from others.

Complications can also be enabled here too, from the Apple Watch.

Notifications are seeing improvements, with "live activities" where you can create new widgets to track news, an Uber ride, workouts, and more.

Focus sees improvements, with an extension to your lock screen. These can change based on the focus you've set, so "Meeting" can change your lock screen to a wallpaper and widget that engages that focus.

Focus Filters also block tabs in Safari, accounts in Mail, events in Calendar, etc. to further limit your workflow.
