The highly anticipated Diablo 4 finally has a release date which was revealed at The Game Awards 2022. Halsey took the stage to sing what looks to be the bloodiest show yet.

Diablo 4 is set to release on June 6, 2023, so fans will have to wait around six months to get their hands on the long-awaited next-gen installment of the Dungeon Crawler franchise. While we've explained how the game brings the series into the 2020s (opens in a new tab), what's on offer visually is unlike anything we've seen so far.

We've already seen some amazing reveals from The Game Awards 2022 with titles spanning all the different genres worth keeping an eye out for as we head into next year. Already announced so far, Death Stranding 2 and Dune Awakening, to name a few announcements made so far.

Diablo 4 – World Premiere Trailer

Diablo 4's new long world premiere trailer is under three minutes long and shows off more of the factions available in the title. Blood, fire, and battles are the central theme, and like Blizzard's previous work, it's a true sight to behold.

Fans have waited an incredibly long time to play this one, since the original Diablo 4 retailer was teased back in 2019. All told, you're looking at a four-year wait from reveal to release. However, in reality, seasoned veterans of the series have endured over a decade since the last mainline release. That's because Diablo Immortal wasn't exactly the successor everyone wanted. We said so in our review with a 2 star review.

We are sure that Diablo 4 will be worth the wait. Everything we've seen so far paints an encouraging picture. We will keep you informed when the game is available in the coming months; is a title you won't want to miss.
