Assassin's Creed Valhalla - Ravensthorpe Guide

Assassin's Creed Valhalla - Ravensthorpe Guide After Assassin's Creed Valhalla Norse Prologue, you will set sail for England, ready to conquer and unite a new land. To do this, you'll land in Ravensthorpe, a settlement that initially consists of a collection of shops and not much else. In the game, you will have to choose which buildings to invest in first to raise the level of your establishment to level 6. Each building offers different advantages, some have additional missions, and after the first one, it is completely up to you in which order you create them. To build these sites, you'll need to perform raids, which are scattered around the map with red crossed axes. Be sure to also check the power level of each raid as you probably won't be able to win a level 280 raid, if your Eivor is only 30 this power level increases as Eivor goes up and over time you should have enough resources to get started to make Ravensthorpe yours. Here we will guide you through each building in Ravensthorpe, so you can decide which one is worth building first. Still haven't had a chance to get Assassin's Creed Valhalla? You can pick it up today and we've found the best deals available.

Build first

Which building should you build first in Assassin's Creed Valhalla?

(Image credit: Ubisoft) This is the first mandatory building and collecting materials is done during what is essentially a tutorial on how raids work and how to claim supplies. You must clear all gold flecks in a camp during a raid to officially end it and each raid is guaranteed to have supplies as well as potential lore books and Roman artifacts. With the blacksmith unlocked, you can upgrade and equip runes from your weapons, making them more powerful.

Hidden Man's Office (Killer's Cabin)

The second required building is Assassin's Hut. You won't need to complete this building right away, but the game will keep you from expanding too much without it. After leveling up, you'll be taken to a high peak outside of Ravensthorpe, where you'll learn the Leap of Faith, a key tool for bringing down buildings quickly. You will also unlock the Breaking the Order quest, which involves killing all the Templars in England. This is a long quest to complete as you play, which is not immediately tackled.

Reda's Store

Reda's shop in Ravensthorpe (Image credit: Ubisoft) Fortunately, the final mandatory building is free, But it will not unlock until you claim at least one region. Reda is a charming young man who gives out daily and weekly quests to complete for unique rewards.

Stables

Now we are in the optional cabins, and while it's your choice from now on, stables will be by far the most used. Unlocking allows you to summon your mount wherever you are, which is crucial in such a large open world. It also allows you to train your mounts, giving them more stamina, the ability to swim, or a host of other useful features.

Barracks

Ravensthorpe Barracks The barracks is another building that should be given high priority. Unlocks the ability to recruit Jomsvikings, which are special Vikings that will join you on raids. You can create and customize the first one, while the rest will be recruited in other cities. These Jomsvikings will facilitate raids and will occasionally offer you money; your share of the raids they did without you.

Seer hut

The Seer's Hut is another one you'd do well to unlock sooner rather than later.. This gives Valka a place to stay, allowing her to drink his potions, after completing relatively simple quests to collect plants, allowing her to travel to Asgard and play the role of Odin himself. even. This is a completely self-contained chapter and is worth diving into if you want to see everything Assassin's Creed Valhalla has to offer.

Unlock activities

What buildings unlock activities in Assassin's Creed Valhalla?

Fishing hut

You can sell fish in the fishing hut (Image credit: Ubisoft) From now on it's really up to you which cabin to build next; each offers its own little rewards, but none are as influential as the ones above. Unsurprisingly, the fishing shack unlocks fishing. The fishermen here will also buy any fish you catch during the game.

Hunter's lodge

You can hunt at any time in the game, but legendary animals will not appear until the Hunter's Lodge has been built. This building also has a number of mini-quests involving drugs, talking animals, and potentially romance, well worth experiencing even if legendary animals aren't your thing.

Cartographer

A practical cabin for completionists (Image credit: Ubisoft) While the game will highlight some valuables, collectibles and resources on your overview map, with the cartographer unlocked, these will be more detailed and accurate. A practical cabin for completionists.

Unlock merchants

What buildings do merchants unlock in Assassin's Creed Valhalla?

Museum

The museum is decorated with Roman statues (Image credit: Ubisoft) The museum is a great collector's building, but its use is limited from a purely gaming perspective. Here, the Roman loving healer will buy all the Roman artifacts you collect, but ask you to claim their possession first. Once built, the path to the museum is decorated with Roman statues, which look great.

Item Shop

The Item Shop is a useful hut for anyone planning to move and fight their way through Assassin's Creed Valhalla.. Here you can sell items you find or buy runes, hairstyles, tattoos, pole decorations, and ship plans. Please note that hair, tattoo and boat designs cannot be used until you have their respective huts.

Shipyard

A completely aesthetic opportunity to personalize your boat The shipyard does not unlock the use of the longship, this is automatically available, instead, it offers the entirely cosmetic opportunity to customize your longship. It's worth it if you plan on sailing and paddling everywhere, but there's no real impact on how the game plays.

Tattoos For Guys

Like the shipyard, this one is purely cosmetic. This gives you the option to change Eivor's hair and mix up her tattoos. At first, you'll have a slim line to choose from, but you'll be able to purchase more models from the Ravensthorpe Item Shop.

Unlock benefits

What buildings unlock perks in Assassin's Creed Valhalla?

Before getting into individual benefits, what is constant across all benefit-based cabins is that benefits will be active right after a banquet is held, and can be accumulated.

Panaderia

(Image credit: Ubisoft) The Bakery has one of the most universal stimuli, providing Eivor with extra good health.

Brewery

Maybe Eivor feels less pain once he's drunk., as building the brewery will also give them a health boost. With a bakery and brewery in Ravensthorpe, Eivor is getting a big boost in bulk.

Poultry farm

The sign for this one is a bit further out than you think, so if you find a tent on the shore and can't figure out what it's supposed to be, head towards the road. There you will find the sign indicating the avian farm. Either way, fueled by the incredible strength of the chicken breast, Eivor will hit some more with the city's poultry farm.

Alvis and Holger House

Presumably because you no longer need to listen to these two openly arguing, you will deal more damage per kill once his house is built. Weaker enemies will still die in one hit, but stronger enemies will only take damage if Eivor attempts a kill.

Kari's house

(Image credit: Ubisoft)   We don't have a witty comment for Kari, but we do know that this building offers the same benefit as the Alvis & Holger home improvement. A huge bonus for stealthier players looking to take out the game's biggest guards quietly.

Mayda's house

As previously. With all three built, Eivor's assassination skills are unmatched. But also, in the menu you can activate a difficulty setting that allows you to hit every enemy in the game with one kill. That said, that's not how the game should be played, but it doesn't have to hold you back. If you enable this setting, houses that increase kill damage become a bit unnecessary.

Cereal farm

We don't really know what this has to do with grain, but upgrading it gives Eivor slightly stronger armor. Perhaps they put wheat padding on the back of their armor plates?

Breeding farm

I'm not sure how this translates to either, but having cows in Ravensthorpe makes Eivor better at shooting with a bow. If you create a more distant Eivor in skill development, the cattle farm is a very useful piece of this puzzle.
